Advice on this Gaming/Multimedia Computer Build?
I’ve been playing around with the parts for having a custom made PC built and i’ve settled for this build so far, any advice on changes or improvements i could make are greatly appreciated. I plan on using this computr with 2 monitors to play Crysis and other games on highest settings, as well as watching films with media center (possibly at the same time)

change the Power Supply to a Corsair Hx1000, i hear corsair is very good.
about the SATA2, make it a Western Digital Black, it has dual engines, so much better performance.
or
Raptors, uber fast although they only come in like 150GB and 300GB.
Coolermaster V8 is overrated. get either a TRUE Black or Xigmatek Dark Knight while waiting for the V10, V10 is an Air Cooling for i7 with TEC.
about your processor… 940… is ok, but with the multitasking plus gaming, better make it a 965 Extreme, will last longer and i think it’s 6.2 GT/s or was it 6.4….
GTX295 is good, very good.
about your rams… Team Extreem is uber good. or Crucial Ballistix
don’t forget about your casing, good ventilation and spacing is a must also. i suggest one of these:
1) Lian Li Armorsuit PC-P80 (don’t get the P60, it’s small…too small.)
2) Coolermaster HAF 932
3) Coolermaster Storm
4) Coolermaster Stacker 830
5) Coolermaster Cosmos S

cracking sound from speaker (not hardware problem)?
there is cracking sound coming from the apeaker whenever i do some of he following actions:
* playing games,
* use the mouse scroll (sound is produced only if there is scroll bat in the focused window) or move the mouse pointer rapidly
* watch film (but only rarely is that sound heard while doing so )
but if i play music and do nothing else with the computer then there is no problem.

Probably is a problem with the speakers, frequency…. interferience issue… get new speakers should fix the problem
